i dont need those thermal sensors and new better mosfets, namely, i dont need the new pcb at all. what i truly need is the new heatsink and new cooling midplate plate and new backplate with thermal pads attached, to be used on my current acx card, thats all, so how much is this upgrade package, evga, i dont dare to ask this upgrade for free because i am those who would push the card to its limitation and wont let those 10 phases power with dual 8 pin connector design to be redundant.

You are posting this in at least one other thread and in a new thread now. Trying to get you an answer, please be patient. You can find my other answer in the other thread.
In short, unlikely since the new card has a new pcb. If you have evga bucks, use them for the upgrade: EVGA iCX Upgrades may be paid in full with EVGA Bucks. this is why I am upgrading right here!

You could if you dedicated a few days each month to fold 3,000,000 points to EVGA's Folding team :) edit: formatting

Thank you. I am going to transfer your other post in here. It will just populate in line, i think. Also, of you want to use the icx (from a new pcb) on an acx card, you better believe it will be your responsibility.. if the pcb changes effect fitment, evga wont be able to do that. Also, it took my just a couple of months to get my evga bucks built up. They are available to less than 5 days of folding a month, the affiliate program, and blue ribbons. They are available to everyone. You should look into them for future upgrades.

Unfortunately, EVGA has announced that the ICX cooler will not be sold separately so it's doubtful they'll retro fit them to ACX3 cards.

If that's all you want, just use the thermal pad mod RMA option.
