Why is my RMA taking so long? I have been waiting 2 to 3 weeks

Why is my RMA taking so long? Evga picked my laptop up before Christmas but they haven't even bothered to update the email process or informed me of what is happening. I didn't pay £3000 for a laptop to receive service like this. If you are short of replacements then that shouldn't be my problem and I should receive a refund. Could a moderator please get in touch and see what the he'll is going on. I need this for university and it's peeing me off

    If this doesn't get resolved in 24 hours I'm contacting UK trading standards. There is no way I'm putting up with this

    Evga was on holiday since before christmas. It was posted at the top of the forums for 3 weeks that it would cause delays. That may be what is taking so long.

    I am forwarding this up to see if we can get an answer.

    Hi could you please give me a tracking number for this? I was told by an evga staff member it got dispatched on Friday and that I should be receiving it today.

    we mentioned we are going to receive it today on our RMA Warehouse, which happened and also shipped to your address by today - the Tracking sent to your email address,
