It's an Nvidia SHIELD Portable?  What happens when you release a more expensive and less powerful version of a product which has already been created and wasn't very successful (even though I do own one) and include an unusable keyboard to set it apart?

Except this one has Windows 10. Lol. This market is saturated already with consoles people have grown to love. These two products are going to suit a niche crowd (if very little people at all).
