Hello,

After using this product for a few months I had an unfortunate issue where both the motherboard PCI slot and the GPU suffered slight burn damage. I will have to replace the motherboard because I don't want to risk a fire, however, the GPU isn't entirely damaged. I would hate to let some of these parts go to waste and I don't know whether to ask for further support or trash it. I will include pictures below of the damage. Any help is appreciated.

I am in bad cell phone reception, and can not get the picture loaded, but if you are within warranty, submit a request for an rma and see if EVGA can help you out. They may be able to get you back online.

If this was used and is not registered to your name, use www.evga.com/guestrma

If it is registered, start the ticket throigh the registered product page in my profile - my products.

'' I would hate to let some of these parts go to waste''

well  one thing for sure  is  did the card do / cause  this or the motherboard   maybe psu failed / defective overloaded the system ??    be hard for me to trust anything .  you could try to ''clean ''  the carbon off  [like scrape it with your pocket knife carefully  , but  .

maybe a ''waste''  but better safe then sorry  and find  when you boot up all replaced except that one thing ,  pop- snap  right back to this  , then I guess that's where the 3ed times a charm comes in to play  and you know better next time

    good luck
