Gtx 1080 Ti FE - hot smell on load.

i. I have Gtx 1080 Ti Fe. I bought card in march 2017. However when card is on load and when i put face to my opened case i can feel hot air and weird hot smell. My case is opened always. All protective films are removed.
Gpu temps 83-84C. Cpu temps 60C. 6700K no oc.
That hot smell is always when i run some game and card is heated. Is this normal or not? Psu is Corsair 

Pc:
9900K 5ghz ( llc level 5 idle 1.34-1.35v,load 1.313-323v)
2x16GB DDR4 GSKILL 3000mhz
Asus Prime Z390-A
Corsair 850RmX
Rtx 2080 Ti Aorus

    is it just a smell of hot air? if so sounds normal as your computer is putting of heat

    yes smell of hot air

    well you gpu is putting out hot air and you cpu is also so the smell of hot air sounds pretty normal to me

    It doesn't exactly smell like a burning smell but, its more of a hot hair dryer smell.  It happens when card is hot.

    Then it sounds normal to me... Your gpu is making heat and blowing it around and you CPU is making heat and blowing it around hence the hot hair dryer smell you describe. If you smell burning then there might be an issue. But the smell of dry hot air is nothing to worry about
