Hi All:
Running
i2500K
P67 SLI
16GB PC1600 Vengeance
850W PWSP
560TI
Windows 8 64BIT
Last night, I had a few moments and decided that I would do driver updates to my machine since it had been several months since I had done so.  I usually start w/ the MOBO bios and did so last night.  However, after flashing F16, my machine is unusable.  I switched the pin on the MOBO to boot up into the alternative BIOS but the machine still quite unstable.

My question - How do I fix the bad flash?  Is booting up, then switching the pin while the machine is in windows and re-flashing the BIOS a viable option?  Or is doing a USB flash the way to go?

Very frustrated that this has occurred.  I have never had a single issue with this machine up until deciding to flash that BIOS last night...

Thanks beforehand!

System:
NZXT Manta
Windows 10 Pro

This is the way we recommend to recover from a bad flash.  Just be careful when moving the jumper and touch the case first to ground yourself.  You can do it in windows or via USB flash but the board has to be fully POSTed before you move the jumper.

Flashing a BIOS is not the same as a driver update.  If everything is working you should under most cases leave the BIOS alone.  I can confirm that the BIOS jumper swap and then reflash from Windows worked for me on my Z68SLI.
