One of the Fan Blades has been broken off due to my clumsiness, but for the life of me i can't figure out how to take apart the card. There seems to be only 1 small screw on the side?, i could glue the blade back on with some ''Super Strong Glue'', although that could make the problem worse for obvious reasons. The card runs fine at the moment, yet i would really like to replace the FANS. If someone can explain how to disassemble the card and which replacement fans i would need, i would be most greatful. Ok! all done, used IC-2000 Glue.....its the ''Mutts Nuts'', that blades not flying anywhere soon. I centered the blade the best i could, and i'm pleased for now..well see tomorrow, i''l let it cure fully till saturday morning before i bench it, although some test pieces i glued i can't for the life of me pull apart....good sign eh. Anyway before i write War and Peace i though i would just post an update.

You may be able to find spare fans on eBay. Evga rarely will sell the fans outright.
For the shroud, there are 4 screws on the edge, you can see one very clearly on the left side of your picture just above the pci bracket.
Some of the screw will be covered on the edge by a thin sticker. The sticker can be gently lifted with a thin blade knife. Just remove it slowly and be very gentle, then remove the hidden screws.
After that, there is 3 screws holding the fan onto the heat sink.
Pop those off, and put the new fan on.

Thanks guys i really appreciate your prompt and helpful suggestions, its allowed me to get the ball moving, give the card a good spring clean and attempt to fix the fan blade issue, i'd prefer to buy replacement fans but alas am a little strapped for cash this month, ordered some ''IC -2000'' though, which i think will be ideal. Can't thank you all enough. Regards.

For 45 bucks, might as well get an aftermarket cooler. ;)

I put the Accelero III on my 970SC, it cools the card very well compared to stock. But it does not have VRM sinks, relying on whatever is left of your stock sinks, and the big sink on the back. The fan shroud and fans don't cover enough of the card for me, so I put the GeLid I linked to below it, and it's a perfect fit with much more coverage. The kit is just the brackets with two of their fans though, nice as they are, if you could get just the brackets for less, and use your choice of 120mm fans, it would be better. The other brackets out there are not as good.
