Question about GTX 1070 FTW DT

Hello, this is my first post here. I live in turkey, i would like to buy this card to upgrade my GTX 960. I will order from Amazon.
I need to know DeTuned cards are broken from factory? Why they are cheaper? and if i have problem with card after 5-6 months use. Can i send it to evga for rma or should i send back to retailer?
Sending little package to USA cost too much money. Thats why im asking :)

    Hey there, welcome to the forums!
     
    The DTs for, whatever reasons, are not capable of sustaining EVGA's target for the FTW cards like clocks and voltage.
     
    As for the warranty, for a while now, it doesn't matter where you got the card in case of RMA you can send it to the closest EVGA RMA department (I'm guessing in your case it would be somewhere in the EU either the NL or DE office).

    They aren't broken. They just don't like the EVGA FTW bios, as multiple users have already shown. You can send it to EVGA for rma. After 6 months, Amazon isn't going to be able to help you like evga will. More than likely, you won't need to do an RMA.
