Is it possible to SLI an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 980Ti - 6GB - EVGA SuperClocked with an EVGA GeForce GTX 980 Ti 6GB Superclocked+ ACX 2.0+? And this would be good with 1000W easily right--even with an in-case LED fans/strips setup?

Luke, welcome to the forums.  If both of your 980 TI's are EVGA, then yes.  I don't see part numbers but I'm guessing they have different coolers, correct?

In regards to power you are also fine there, even taking into consideration the other components.  If you start adding pumps and dozens of fans and mechanical storage we may need to do the math.  A single 980TI is rated at 250 watts so a second would double that.  Still plenty of power for your other parts.
