I am looking to use 2 molex chains and no Sata connections but i only see 1 Perif port on my EVGA p2 and 3 data? Where would i connect the other molex.

My unit comes with 2 molex chains that i can use. I know molex is not used a lot  but my setup would need it and make it easier to manage cables

in the picture is shows only Perif1

The PERIF and SATA connections are interchangeable with each other, so you can connect your Molex cable to any of those four ports safely.

That's correct; they're electrically compatible,  so you'll have no problems plugging a Molex chain into a SATA plug on the PSU.
