OC Scanner Issue

           I just got the GEFORCE GTX 950, and I was wondering why i can't install the OC Scanner, its a FFV file so maybe i don't have a FFV file opener. 
Any time someone can respond, it would be helpful.

    It isn't a FFV file.  I don't know what you downloaded, but you must have downloaded the wrong thing.
