Hi everyone recently I have upgraded my processor for 7960x to 9980x running for around three months now for the past two days strange thing happens I have tested all my systems and done benchmark too prime 95 running for 24hrs without issue but only thing making problem are cpuz validation while valaditing LED17- RED shows and system halt or blues screen I overclocked my system using oc Robot but set to all default and the same thing happens I thought there might be issue with socket but 7960x works fine I have cleaned my cpu pins with alcohol too need your help all evga x299 dark owners and EVGA moderators,staff need your help
 

i even tested my cpu with Intel processor Diagnostic Tool all perfect

tested all bios version and temps tested with oc robot overclocking and default setting same issue my voltage and temps for 4.3Ghz but still system freeze while running CPU-Z validation LED-17 RED

Noticed you're running BIOS v1.19 vs the newer v1.21. Any reasons for running the older BIOS?
 
If it's just the once application then perhaps its something the app interrogates (sensor, device interface, etc.), that's causing the system to crash.
 
May be worthwhile updating your Intel chip-set, and Intel ME drivers now that you have installed a newer gen CPU.
 
If the issue still occurs I would either leave it be (as you've only experienced this in one specific app, carrying out a specific function), or test install a clean OS on to an alternative drive to rule out old software,/drivers as the cause.
