a guy in another forum got this EVGA GTX 980Ti 6GB Hybrid Gaming from Amazon. we were not sure what this new cooler look is all about so I thought maybe someone here can provide some additional info on that?!

This was the new hybrid cooler that they announced months ago and even gave away for free for nearly a month. They said Months ago that these would start getting installed once they had enough stock. Hopefully they have enough stock now: http://forums.evga.com/Ca...roud-now-m2400068.aspx

thanks Scarlet, I saw that topic many times but never took my time to read it. today seems to be the right day to do so. strange that Amazon and also EVGA did not change the cards pictures on the product pages. it's much more easier for customers to get what they saw.

They decide to install newer and far far nicer shroud instead to pay shipping later.
EVGA offer mask for free to customers, other companies never done something like that.
They didn't want to owners of Hybrid even think that MSI Sea Hawk is nicer and improve look of Hybrid.
Hybrid should stay with EVGA as FTW, Classified and Hydro Copper.
Card is so nice that I would not install her first day 100%, first day only looking every little detail and enjoying.
