Anyone have any experience with ITS Express switches? These seem to have been custom made for FDOT. Every reference that I see to them are from departments of transportation all over florida but no where else. 
 
I am working to get a network that a contractor screwed up straightened out, but I have to stay in purchasing guidelines on this project and we have some specific requirements. So far only antaira (which were awful) and ITS Express meet the cut of ERPS capable and extended temperature operating environment. Antaita's support and documentation is laughable at best so I am investigating ITS Express.
 
Any experience with their support, configuration style, or reliability would be extremely helpful.
