    That is incorrect. The BStock cards may have small blemishes and such, but the BStock cards generally overclock the same as brand new cards. It is all luck of the draw within the silicone lottery.

    I am not sure where you are getting your information, as there are many posts on here about how well the BStock cards perform. The only difference is that BStock is used and only comes with a 1 year warranty.

    Overclocking is never guaranteed even on brand new cards. Overclocking is not covered by warranty either. You would need a better reason for a refund.

    Just make sure you fully test the card for before the 1 year warranty is up.  
     
    Some of the B-Stock is from people doing evga step-up program i believe.

    Most of it is, usually they are nearly brand new, just slight use.
