SR-X CPU 40C crash

sorry my english is very rosty but I hope you can understand me :)
 
I have an SR-X 1.03 with
- 2 Xeon 2687W v0
- 96 GB Ram
- 2 Titan X Gigabyte Windforce xTreme
- MegaRaid SAS 9271-8i
 
After the red LED on the board says 40..41 the System will crash. What is my Problem? The CPUs has an H80i Watercoolingsystem. The max Temp from the Xeon is over 40/41. What can I do?

    test with one cpu and 1 dim 1gpu the minimum for the boot  if this ok test the 2th cpu  and after check all dim one after one never all in same time if trouble with  one dim the system is stoped ....
