you didn't really explain which EVGA software you are talking about nor any troubleshooting you have done to fix your situation ??

Fixed, and none. All that I know is when it's shut off everything works normally, but when it gets turned on **** goes to hell. Lol. Not going to troubleshoot any further, sorry. Just trying to make people / devs aware if they weren't.

I am not trying to side with EVGA 100% on this, but they have been working on this for over a year and they had to build it from the ground up due to the previous dev leaving the program.
Reporting these problems is the best thing you can do, as it hopefully helps them find the issues.
I don't even use precision unless I am benchmarking my computer..
May I inquire about your hardware and OS, so they can have an idea of what you are on, and whamere the issues may be found?

I was having crashes and video player problems with EVGA PrecisionX 5.3.6 and 5.3.7... They fixed the problem in 5.3.8 though. It's still not 100% problem free, but at least it doesn't crash anymore.
