100-W1-0500-KR Power Supply: 6+2 to 8-Pin Motherboard Socket

My motherboard has an eight-pin power socket. The EVGA 100-W1-0500-KR power supply has a 6+2 pin plug. Can this plug be adapted to fit the eight-pin socket? If so, any suggestions on where to find the right adapter?

    That PSU have all necessary cables for motherboard and single graphic card.
    That mean...
     

    This is connector you need for 8pin on motherboard.

     
    And NO YOU CAN'T CONNECT 6+2PIN IN 8PIN CONNECTOR ON MOTHERBOARD.
    You will use this connector from picture above.

    Only easy connect them and together install in 8pin connector, because they are 4+4pin.
