edit: I guess I'm not allowed to post links. :/  Fixed.

The 11G-P4-6694-KR and the 11G-P4-6591-KR. It seems like the 2 fan 6591 is the better card but it is $20 less.  Am I missing anything? And why is the 3 fan 6694 sooo much bigger?

The only differences I see in the specs is:

1) "texture fill rate": The 6591 is better

2) BIOS: What does this mean? (I know what BIOS is but I don't understand the values provided here.)

3) Dimensions: The 6591 is quite a bit smaller.

4) Power connection required.
2 x 8-pin for the 6694
8-pin + 6-pin for the 6591

They seem to just be the same cards but with one having an extra fan and a few less texture fill rate
Of course size is different too.
$20 for an extra fan is kinda nice actually.

Look a little Closer as one card is almost 2 Inches Higher than the other one.
Another item is one is a DT Card the Other is not.
One Card Requires Two Each 8-Pin PCIe Power Cable the other One 8-Pin and One 6-Pin PCIe Power Cable.
One Card has Two Bios Settings and the Other Card only One Bios Setting.
One Card is a FTW3 and the other Card is a Standard Card.

Well I did mention at the very beginning how the 6694 is much larger.  I did see just a minute ago that the 6694 is also a detected card.

I'm so split. Not sure which to get. I like the added fan on the 6694 but the smaller frame and better texture fill rate on the 6591 is a plus.

What Computer Case are you going to use?
Both Card put the Hot Air in the Case and not out the Rear like a Blower Cooler.

    H440.

Def don't want a blower. Both cards will fit.

In fact, the more I look at it, screw the 6694 big card. It's bigger and less capable. I'm gonna go with the smaller 6591 unless that BIOS number means something.

I agree with you on that. I'm just wondering if I should spend the extra money on the non-DT version of the FTW card.

The image in the original post appears to have incorrect information for "Texture fill rate" the cards are the same chip running at the same frequencies meaning they have the same "Texture fill rate". More info below at link below if you want more information.
