I guess one might wonder how they would supply you with a 'custom fan profile' knowing nothing about the rest of your system. Basically you have to experiment on what works best for your particular setup for what you are intending to do. We don't know any of that.
Ahh mostly for gaming and video editing my rig is below:

16gb Trident X
Gigabyte z87x-oc
2x 980 TI ACX2.0+
EVGA P2 1000w
What case do you have? As a general rule, with ACX style coolers which dump hot air into the case, you need good case air flow flowing through the case as much as possible. Usually intake for the front and sides (if available) and exhausting from back and top of the case. And still, nobody can give you a 'custom profile' as every situation is unique. Your ambient temps, the individual GPU's have temp variations, your case and case fan set up. Your own preferences for noise versus temperature etc etc.
