With only raising the power target to 110% and temps to 91C, am i getting 87C under full load. The gpu does boost up to 1342 MHz with no oc'ing. Is this a safe enough temp to keep running the Titan-X at? If not, i'll add more fans to cool off the gpu to about 80C or lower. TIA

I highly recommend more air cooling. I don't personally like temps that high.

Set a custom fan curve in PX or AB . I don't let mine go past 70 .

80C is fine but 87C for hours and months would damage the card. You could replace the thermal paste and hopefully It would help. The other thing you could do is go water cooling or get more clean cold air into the case.

Yeah temps like that are scary. I would def recommend going watercooling. I used a h220-x and expanded it to include my gpu and cpu. It is a lot easier than you think and temps are amazing. check out OCN thread on it for some of the possibilities.

You didn't mention what type of chassis you have but in most cases like this the problems turns out to be poor/insufficient/misdirected airflow.

Hey,
Custom fan curve set to 100%@70c will do the trick. Otherwise check the thread "titan and 980 aio hybrid cooler" you'll find that with only 100$ you be able to oc and never go past 50c ;)
