Evga GTX 770 monitor stripes problem

Hello,
I've a "stripes problem" on my Evga GTX 770.
Look at the attachments.
 
config:
 
Intel i7 2600k
P8Z68 Deluxe GEN3
8GB Gskill Ripjaws-X
EVGA GTX 770
 
Can anyone help me to fix this trouble?

    Hello Kymura,
     
    If possible, please try testing with a different output/monitor and in another system to ensure it is not another component that is the root issue. You may also want to try rolling back your NVIDIA drivers to a previous version with a clean installation. You can perform a clean installation by checking Custom instead of Express, and checking the "Perform Clean Installation" check box.

    I tried in order:
     
    - change monitor cable
    - change monitor
    - change PCI-e slot
    - format
     
    without success.
    Now I try to open a ticket to open an EU rma, this is the only solution :)
