I just got a new tv yesterday and am having a hell of a time getting it setup with my gaming rig. I can connect the computer through my older denon avr2113c receiver but am only able to get 4k/30. Also when it is connected there is a lot of screen flickering. Sometimes to the point where no inputs will work at all. I was able to plug the titan directly into the tv only once And it automatically set the resolution the 4k/60 and it was great until i began installing new drivers...I haven't gotten past the no signal issue since. Whenever I plug the computer directly in the tv shows no signal.... Xbox/playstation work fine so far this is only issue. I don't want to have to run my computer at 4k/30...also when connected through receiver there is awful input lag as well. Any thoughts? I am going to purchase some new hdmi cables (I bought a rocket fish one last night and it literally wouldn't fit into the titan...****...) I have the 344.65 drivers and two titans in sli. I am wondering if the tv is faulty or if there is something I am missing. I have also tried renaming the port to pc and setting the uhd color as well...this is driving me nuts!

Do you think I should pursue a replacement for the tv? I can't believe that it doesn't even recognize the pc....

You said it recognized the PC until you changed the drivers. Have you tried rolling back the drivers?

I have finally gotten it to work with the newest 344.75 drivers....It has been working for a while now..I guess the 344.65 drivers just straight up didn't work with it..I dont know. Thanks for the advice, I had gone to much older drivers 340.52 to troubleshoot, and then I decided to update to the more recent drivers one at a time, when 344.65 didn't work i decided that when I got home from work to try 344.75 so all is well for now. except far cry 4 keeps crashing in shangri-la lol

I have almost the same PC setup. I have the hu8550 with a evga 980 ski with the same issue. I fix my problem my changing the TV input from PC to game and the problem is gone. I don't know if it helps but I also have uhd and game mode on. I also have it on HDMI 2. Hope this helps you as it helped me. Gaming is no longer lagging on 30hz

The main problem is, the GTX TITAN does not support HDMI 2.0 while the GTX 980 does.

Are you sure about this "GTX TITAN does not support HDMI 2.0" http://www.evga.com/Products/Specs/GPU.aspx?pn=CC8A54F8-57E4-4967-ABDC-B57D83CBBFF8Yep: Support for four concurrent displays; two dual-link DVI connectors, HDMI and Displayport 1.2 **Support for HDMI includes GPU-accelerated Blu-ray 3D support (Blu-ray 3D playback requires the purchase of a compatible software player from CyberLink, ArcSoft, Corel, or Sonic), x.v.Color, HDMI Deep Color, and 7.1 digital surround sound. Upgrade your GPU to full 3D capability with NVIDIA 3DTV Play software, enabling 3D gaming, picture viewing, and 3D web video streaming The Titan came out After HDMI 2.0, I cannot find where it dose not support it. If it supports 3D and 7.1 and HDMI Deep Color I would think it supports 2.0 Not even the Titan Black. 980 Card http://www.evga.com/products/Specs/GPU.aspx?pn=4296b899-9d59-4589-865b-ccbd551a70c2HDMI 2.0, DisplayPort 1.2 and Dual-link DVI Still the TV Should be backwards compatible, I would look at your TV Specs and Controls.

3840x2160 at 30Hz or 4096x2160 at 24Hz supported over HDMI. 4096x2160 (including 3840x2160) at 60Hz supported over Displayport. Support for 4k tiled MST displays requires 326.19 driver or later. From what I see Titan does not support HDMI 2.x

Yes, I'm positive the GTX TITAN does not support the HDMI 2.0 standard which wasn't finalized until after the TITAN was released. The TITAN was released in Feb of 2013 and the HDMI 2.0 standard was released in Sept of 2013.

Yes it should work fine if he sets the output on the Nvidia Control Panel to 1080p or 2160p/30hz. It appears that it's being set to 2160p/60hz automatically.
