GTX 970 sli - Not sure if working properly

So I am new to SLI. My 970's is my first sli setup. When I activate SLI, its says it is working correctly. Though when I run TombRaider Benchmark, my numbers come out the same, regardless of SLI enabled or not. 
 
Is there a process to this that maybe I didn't follow?
