4.5 1.30 set to override and turned speedstep off didn't touch bclk,strap,cache or cache volt

Under a 100% CPU Load, what are your Temperatures @ 4.5MHz? A good test would be run PrimeGrid for a day.

@silentoption 2.1v for Cpu-vin?Try a little bit lower u only need 0.5-0.6v more then V-core.

Testet 4.5ghz with prime didnt reach 70°.With 4.3ghz/1.19v/H2O max temp was 57°.

Thanks, that is what I am hitting as well. Are you using Adaptive Power and if so what number are you using? Now Running at 4.2 with +160 High Temp today was 71C running Prime Grid with HT Off Memory @ 2400HHz.

HomerS 4.3 =Adaptive +130,Cpu-Vin 1.8,VCCIO 1.04,HT on. I still use Prime 95 v27.9.
If I go with +130 I will get a 101 BSOD. Now at 4.2 I am running +150 HT is off and running 100% PRIMEGRID, a great way to burn in a new computer. Temps low Core 46C high Core 67C running now for 3 days. GPU's are idle. VRM 44C for a high.

I see u have a 5960X. Most i saw allways need more then a 5930k.

This is exactly what my 5930K will overclock to as well with the same settings.
