Hi, does anyone know of a free phone number for Evga, Rma gone wrong , unanswered support emails

As the title states I'm not getting efficient responses from my support / rma .
It started when my faulty gtx 670 ftw signature 2 was accepted for rma , good so far, until i received a cosmetically damaged (full of scratches and dents) gtx 670 ftw standard single fan version as a replacement, they rma ticket stated i was to receive the exact same part number and that it had been shipped, on arrival it obviously wasn't the correct card and was a different part number, eventually Evga agreed to collect the card and send a replacement, since collection the card has arrived back at Evga but iv had no response or emails. Im now worried that i won't receive any card back as my support emails all say pending response.
Any help would be great.

    Hi, thanks the gpu arrived at Evga yesterday, i have attached the tracking number to my email response.

    checked the email again, the RMA number was added, but not the TrackingID - could you re-send the mail to supporteu@evga.com and mark it with Markus at the respective line - thanks for that.

    thanks - booked to our system, as you can see to your profile as well - Received On: 3/4/2015 - normal RMA process takes maximum 3 days.
