OSD for PrecisionX 16 not working at all in multiple games

I just upgraded to a GTX 970 and updated to PrecisionX 16 from a 2010 version of the software. The OSD is not showing up in any games I've tried including Metro Redux, Metro LL Redux, Arkham Origins, or FC3.

I've attached a photo. Anyone have any ideas?

    OK now I got it working, but now the frame rate EVGA precision is giving me is twice of what Fraps is telling me. *sigh*

    My cpu OC or memory OC might be causing issues somewhere.
