Hello. I just thinking that my score of Cloud Gate are too low on my Gtx 980.Overall Cloud Gate score is: 25311 Can somebody confirm that is ok or not? Because on review sites Gtx 980 score of Cloud Gate are much higher, 30000, 35000 points+. I am using the newest drivers. Its something wrong? PC is: I7 3770K 3.5 8gb ram XFX 750 W

Why are your heavy bench scores? Cloud gate is meant for tablets and low end computers, so it doesn't push a gpu at all. *derp* your Firestrike score looks OK. I will have to look once I get on computer, because I can't see much on mobile. Sorry about that.

If you compare CPUs for your rig versus the higher scores are those individuals using a better processor or overclocking their CPU?

Nice Firestrike GPU Score, stronger than GTX780Ti Superclocked. That's most accurate for graphic performance. I don't even look these two tests. When you post screenshot leave us and link, than we can see bigger picture. Sometimes is hard to read results. One recommendation if you don't like to OC CPU you can Enable Turbo, 400MHz more will be nice performance boost. But even 4.2GHz manual OC it's nothing You ask about ASUS GTX780Ti DC2 OC and I promise you stronger card with reference GTX980. You have better result and than GTX780Ti Superclocked and GTX780Ti Classified... Off course some nice sample can win maybe in some situation but in most cases not. Here is most accurate test because similar CPU, ASUS GTX780Ti DC2 OC + 4770K http://imgur.com/tVxiJjD How much is difference? We can say about 700-1200 GPU Points in Firestrike Performance depend of samples of both cards. Off course stronger GTX980 without doubt.

Hardware DOES make a difference. If you overclock, and don't do it right, you'll take a hit on score. I had to remove my 4.6 overclock, and go back to stock, it raised my score when I did. Also, RAM speed and timings and all that make a score difference too. I've confirmed this with my testing. And possibly SSD vs regular hard drive. Though I can't say for sure about that, because I don't have any SSD. Here is a link to my scores so you can compare. But keep in mind my I have the SC version of GTX 980. The very top scores, are my overclocked scores. His score is FirestrikeScore 10.764, Graphics 12.975(MOST IMPORTANT), Physics 10.013 Cloud GateScore 25.311, Graphics 88.794, Physics 7.227 Ice StormScore 153.572, Graphics 355.127, Physics 51.423 Processor is same as mine, i7-3770K only work on lower clock because on 4.5GHz should be about 12.000 in Firestrike. litwicki22 "YOUR SCORE IS 29560 IN CLOUD gATE. YOU HAVE OC CPU AND GPU? MY SCORES IS 25311 ON GTX 980.Why such low?" You didn't notice he have i7-4970K, fastest gaming Processor with fastest speed per core OC. His Physics result is 8.765, your 7.227. Try to OC i7-3770K on 4.2-4.5GHz... i7-4790k on 4.0GHz give higher score than my i7-3770K on 4.5GHz, difference is little but higher. That influence on Cloud Gate, Plus you didn't OC CPU at all. 500MHz is faster than you plus two generation better processor. And important too his graphic card is Superclocked model with 1241MHz clock. Because of that he is faster even on fabric clock than my K|NGP|N Classified. I told immediately, who have chance Superclocked without thinking or SSC, or FTW even better, or Classified even better, higher better :).

My CPU was not overclocked, I restored it to stock clock. Also, for Cloud Gate, my GPU was not overclocked either. And I have the GTX 980 SC. Just go over all my settings and stuff when you click the links. But yeah, maybe my GPU isn't one of the greats lol.

I told to litwicki22, he didn't OC Processor, 3770K, work on less than 4.0GHz 100%, and his model is reference GTX980. Your is 980 Superclocked and faster CPU and on higher frequency. Because of that everything is clear. It's not possible in one test card to give nice score and in other bad, special if card present nice score in most important Graphic test. That mean GTX980 Superclocked is for 1000 Graphics points faster than GTX980 reference? GTX980 Classified will give something under 15.000 Graphics Firestrike.

Never mind on brand that's reference NVIDIA GTX980 1127MHz Base Clock they should be same. Yes, GTX980. You see on bottom GTX980, driver model and clock reference 1127MHz. But now I even see some review where NVIDIA GTX980 4GB, give similar score as your on pretty higher clock. Same on legitreviews, I think they test GTX980 and GTX970 NVIDIA, Look....

Hehehe , opps I missed the threads start date ( it's that time in life when the eyes are start to get bad ) Thanks for that new compare shot I've been wondering what kind of a kick in the pants that 5960X would give my system , here's my top Fire Strike http://www.3dmark.com/com.re/fs/1869644/fs/4205056 I opted for a snow blower upgrade this year instead of the puter
