Can I replace the Supernova 1600 P2 power cable with this?

The reason I would like to replace the power cable is because of the big round connector. It blocks the power outlets next to it on my APC UPS.

    That big round connector is to provide enough drawing power for a 12 AWG cable running in that power cord. The cable you provided the link to has a similar cable gauge but I have a feeling it is a NEMA 5-20 type connector on the stock cable. It would be interesting to know for sure.

    Why you want to replace, cables on 1600 units are really cool.
    You can't mix with other cables, immediately recognize PSU cable among others.

    I have the same issue with my 1500 Classified PSU.
    Looking for a 1 Foot or Less cable to clear up and free on socket on my UPS Unit as well.

    The reason I am asking is to see if you have had any issues. A 1500VA UPS is supposed to be around 950w. So if you plugged in a system with a PSU greater than 950w to the same UPS, I would assume there would be an issues since it would not be able to handle the power. For the 1600w PSU, I would assume that you would need something close to a 2200VA UPS battery. That would be kinda crazy to have something like that for a home system.
