I haven't tested mine at all, but I am running 770 4gb SLI cards. I have to use the batman driver in order to not have my screen go really dark or ghost.
What are you using for the FPS part, FAPS?

here is something you can play with at least and see if you can get different scores.

I use the Nvidia inspector to change my driver on it.
Other wise I have to disable SLI to make my game work.

the only thing i can think of that caps the fps to 30 is if you have sparse vsync enabled in game menu. Just set it to normal vsync mode and all should be good to go.

What settings and resolution are running it at? I ask because the Titan gets 60fps on 1920x1080 and around 40fps at 2560x1600 both on Ultra. Of course if you add more AA you will take a performance hit.

Check the game profile in the NVIDIA control panel.
It's possible you've got adaptive (half) vsync turned on for that game or on the global profile...
Just turn it off, or use regular adaptive which locks to 60fps.

global profile i did not think of that,
With my titan in nvidia controle panel should i still select let the application control the 3d settings ?
Also is there a way of letting the game controle all setting and removing the control from nvidia controle panel.
    Neva had this problem before

Application controlled can be handy, but not every game features vsync.
I have mine at adaptive because my monitor is running at 60Hz.

All the games (global profile) are using the global setting, which is adaptive.

If I were you, I'd play around the settings to find something that works for your system.
I usually have to do this with Ubisoft games anyway - I imagine you wouldn't have any problems on non-ubi games.

Yea neva had this issue before and been gameing for around 15 years now on pc, but ubisoft games of late seem to couse no end of issues.
So i need to check the nvidia controle pannel andd see what is going on there really. neva done this before in game gfx setting normal work for me
but hay ho will see what happens if all else fails i will do a fresh install of drivers maybe.
But once again a titan should be more than addiquate for this game at 1920x180

I'll send you a screenshot later, but yeah...
You can't trust Ubisoft with modern computers.

Tom, try not to worry. I've been working with computers my entire life and these things come with experience.
The task you're trying to achieve is not a basic task, a lot of people don't or can't make these changes and it's one reason Ubisoft have received a negative response from the public this year.

Experiment and have fun, don't worry yourself.
Take your time to get it set up right before you get into it and have fun.
I'll send you some screenshots tomorrow morning as it's quite late here in Australia and I'm on my laptop.

Ok so guys I have checked every thing it almost seems like if the card knows it is not going to give 60fps all the time it seems to kick right down to 30fps. It does not seem to go above unless I look direct at the floor then it will jump to 60. Then when I look up rather then trying to hold 60 fps it just drops to 30fps

This game is notorious for unstable framerates. Have you tried adjusting settings? To get a solid 60+ FPS I needed to turn a few things down even with two 970s.
