The CPU clock speeds hunts up and down from 4400mgh to 3600 per core and it revolves through the core ranks. Guessing this is normal and in game and benchmarks seem good but I still wonder

    Sounds normal. A power saving feature; and there is always some programs running stuff intermittently, causing intermittent demand and causing the CPU to clock up to meet increasing demand.

    5800X3D owner here, same behaviour for me and i have already researched this myself. It is completely normal, even other Ryzen processors behave similar. You are good!
