I am running 2x GTX 980 ACX 2.0 SLI
Just tried these with Battlefield 4 and although I was getting a consistent 60fps on Ultra at 1080x1920 there was this strange blurring when I moved my mouse around, like a double ghost or shadow around objects. Then I switched from Full Screen to Windowed (no frame) wow! It looks fantastic now! Is this the way everything should be run? I had always interpreted "full screen" to mean not windowed ie framed. I guess that's not the case. Looks fantastic.

Do you have vsync and motion blur on?

If you are using SLI, you should be able to push much higher frame rates at 1080p. With two cards (see signature for model), I was able to push close to 150 consistently. If you are only looking for 60fps, you are so overpowered, lol. 1 980 can run an average of around 90 fps.

I tried setting motion blur up and down or off, but didn't notice the effect going away. Oh yes with these cards I'm sure a very high FPS is possible but my monitor is 60hz so I have Vsync checked. I'm planning to get a better monitor soon, yes 2x 980s is overkill for 1080p

Advanced Warfare also felt like it wasn't running smoothly despite the good fps. Unchecking full screen helped that run much better as well.
