Hello,
I am coming to this forum to get some help because I can't have my RMA done in LATAM. My VGA GTX 970 SC, which I bought on October 10th has a terrible coil whine and I can't get their support.
I could see here that many people praise EVGA's support, but I am having a bad experience. I would like to know if is there another way to get their support or if did someone have the same problem?
My RMA is opened since October 17th and nobody answers it. The deadline is 2 business days according to their automatic response, I sent four e-mails to them since this Tuesday and no answer.
