Missing PCIe jumper for 760 A1

I am missing the PCIe jumper on my 760 A1, what does it default to?

    Just use a piece of tin foil if needed to jump the connection

    Do you have a picture of the connection?

    A jumper from any old hard drive will work. They are the same thing.

    OK.  So the original question what does the board default to.  After toying around it appears if a jumper is missing it disables the PCIe slot.  Luckily the tiny scripture on the board says what position enables the slot and what position disables the slot, but it didn't say what it defaults to when there isn't a jumper on it. 
     
    My second question regards the CSC I-Limit jumper slot.  There is very little info on it on the web.  This was the jumper I used for the PCIe slot.  Turns out that the PCIe slot I put the jumper on doesn't need to have one on it because I am not using the slot.  Time warp back to when I was doing this was a few weeks ago.  lol I forgot which position I removed the jumper from on the CSC I-Limit jumper.  Does anyone know which is the default position?  The board doesn't have any scripture written on it like it does for the PCIe slots.

    Basically, what he's saying is that it disables the CPU TDP hardware limits but the side effect is disabling turbo boost thus losing a multi so nobody uses it. Whether or not it specifically applies to your board. The default state should be disabled in any event.

    When there is no jumper on it what state is it in? And what position is the default?
