So I've owned my tegra note 7 since Christmas and haven't really had any problems, however in the last 2 weeks I'm no longer able to play videos on a website I use to watch anime and its really frustrating as that is my favourite pass time and my tablet is the only device I own that I can stabily watch anime on with ease. Every time i try to watch an mp4 video using the built in HTML.5 player on this site, I get a message saying "sorry, this video cannot be played" and it didn't used to do this. Any help is very much appreciated.

Try downloading a different web browser to see if it will allow you to play the video. It could be some settings within the browser app you're currently using. Alternatively, you can try re-installing the browser as well.

Google Chrome is Google's default browser and this should work correctly. If that fails try another browser as the Tech recommended such as Opera.

I doubt it will make a difference, but have you tried the Google Chrome Beta? It's usually at least a full version ahead of the regular Chrome, and sometimes things will work better on it instead of the regular one. Considering all of the other ones you've tried, though, I have a feeling it won't work, but hey, worth a shot perhaps?

It seems to be the same as kissanime.com?  If I go there I can play video in HTML 5 mode on Firefox.  Doesn't seem to work on Chrome.

I've just tried google chrome beta and its exactly the same, I just get the "sorry, this video cannot be played" message. I don't understand why it suddenly doesn't work, as I've said it worked fine about 2 weeks ago and I don't think there were any OTA updates that changed anything relevant to the video players?

You might try uninstalling and then installing a browser like Firefox or Dolphin, etc..  Make sure to reboot after each operation.
