EVGA have not contacted me for 2nd RMA free UPS Shipping

As you can see by the e-mail they sent me they have agreed to arrange a UPS pickup so I don't have to pay shipping costs as soon as I get my RMA approved, and it has but after I sent them another question about when they will arrange the pick up and they have not replied to me and it's been 3 days since I sent that question.

    Hello MrSharpy,
     
    The request was sent to our EU office, which is only open during normal business hours of Monday - Friday 9am-6pm.  Unfortunately, they are not available 24/7 like our US office.  Rest assured that they will be able to reply to your emails first thing on Monday morning EU time. Please let us know if you have any other questions or concerns.

    Thank you, It's been a stressful month I just want to get a working GPU with no problems

    I totally understand.  I just sent a message to our EU team as well, to make sure they can follow up with you.  Again, anything else we can do, please let us know.

    Thank you, I just need sometime to ask someone to print the Process Label as I don't have a Printer

    Hi,
     
    maybe you could response to the support ticket - you would only need to confirm your address for the Pick-Up service - just preparing the package - UPS will provide the label, so nothing to print.
