Hello,
bought my GTX 780 ti SC  on 06/06/2014 and registered on 29/06/2014.
Can I still use the StepUp? Is a bit confusing the whole.

    Specifically you have 90 days from your original date of purchase should you wish to stepup.

    Yes, as you are still well within the 90 day window for the StepUp, all you have to do is login to EVGA.com, click Member Home -> My Products -> click the View Details button for this product. There should be a button or a link there that will allow you to submit a StepUp request.

    Titan Black is not on the Step Up list.  Have no idea what there would be step up too.  780Ti reference is highest level available.  6Gb 780 is available, but that is step backwards.
