MSI afterburner and Precision X not letting my raise my fan speed above 88%

I have  a gtx 680 x2 sli and for some reason suddenly my MSI afterburner wont let me raise my fan speeds above 88%...
 
Ive tried uninstalling everything from drivers to the program itself.

    Thats because they have limited the fan speed for people that have complain about noise of the fan.. the only way to get 100% fan speed would be to make a bio from your gpu an turn your fan speeds up pass 88% then flash the card.. but if it doesnt work then you have possibly of just cancel your warranty for your card..
