Wanted to know why Tigerdirect doesn't offer the games bundle with the GTX 780 Ti Classified.  They are a participating partner as stated on the Evga promo page but I just chatted with them and they just told me it doesn't come with any games.

Probably because the promotion has been around for a while and they've nearly exhausted their supply of codes. I work at Tigerdirect, and recently returned my 780Ti Reference for the Classified.

I'm with CSPLayer, they likely ran out. I actually didn't receive mine initially from Newegg either when I purchased a GTX 780 TI Classified. The next day I contacted support via chat, they told me it wasn't added because of it being out of stock and promptly made an order and shipped it for free.

So they pick the most expensive 780ti card they have to not give free games but still have them bundle with all the other reference 780ti??  Just wanted to get all the bonus if I'm gonna grab the card. T_T

Ahh, you're saying that it just isn't offered on the Classified? If that is the case I would contact Tigerdirect and point out that you should be receiving the bundle. The Classified is a qualifying card, and I see that on Tiger it doesn't have the games listed as coming with it.
