the left click button hangs on and sometimes wont click, tried resetting the top plate a few times now. and the software has crashed my system 3 times in bf3 today,(have never had one crash on my Logitech mouse.)

its not looking good so far... more testing in hopes of not having to return it...

Works great for me... maybe ya need to stop Crunching and folding... :)

Might clean up some old mouse software and see if that helps.  Left over registry settings etc.

Try uninstalling the Logitech software. The mouse didn't play well with Microsoft's software, either.

I did let the mouse software do its own update when it installed. I'm running the latest nvidia drivers non-beta on that rig and its been rock solid since build last month. I can't remove the logitech drivers since i also have a g15 keyboard that is more important to me then the mouse.

As for the cover i checked it serveral times removing it and resetting it firmly, it clicks into place. Still same issue some times it hangs and i got full auto even though i can still click it while it seems hung(im thinking software more then physical issue) other times its like its jammed and nothing happens. I'll post pics tomorrow when i have time of the cover.

The led settings and dpi stuff all works nice and the weight and slide feel good just techincal issues.

okay so this prompted new testing, not using the evga software no crashes. also it I hold down the right mouse button to aim fire in any BF2-4 it hangs the left button and that's the hang fire issue. there is not enough flex between the 2 buttons! if you hold down left mouse right hangs and vice-versa.

well, I'm glad I didn't get it then, sounds like EVGA needs to do a bit of work on the mouse still

A bit of work?  One thought... one review and you won't buy?

    No problems.

Mine works just fine thank you.

I'd like a bit larger mouse for my big hands but I know that won't happen.

    Otherwise the mouse works 4.0.

Bcav, yeah it updated right away with no issue there. I reinstalled the software today to make some adjustments and then exited the suite. No crashes all day. The top plate is flexing in after pulling it off and flexing it abit to brake it in. So after some tweaking its at least usable now just needs some tuning.

The top cover design needs some major retooling, it took me several tries to get the buttons working right after removing it. Getting it to click in the center is just part of it, the tabs under the buttons need to click into place properly as well.

I'm coming from a Logitch MX 518 that I spent a decade give or take with and the size and shape are giving me the most trouble, the Torq feels cramped and narrow in comparison, and the corners of the rear adjustment plate need rounded at the bottom edges as they dig into my palm unless they are tightened all the way down.

Function wise its great IMO, love the scroll wheel and the left and right clicks feel great when the cover is on properly.

Hello, glad you got the mouse back together and the buttons working correctly now.  The software can definitely take some fine tuning to get it exactly where you want it, but once it is there, your movement and tracking will be golden.
Anyone else who has any issues with buttons being unresponsive or issues after adding/removing weights, please take a look at this video http://ev.ga/torqweight

Really weird. If you have the software, there is a feature that disables the mouse acceleration so it doesn't feel "too fast" sometimes. Not having a problem with mine yet.

The comment wasn't referenced to the OP... one needs to read through the thread before making assumptions.  No problem.  I happen to like wrinvert... he's a Cruncher.
