Anybody else have problems using the included screws the the IO shield and the Hadron's standoffs?

The instruction pamphlet with the motherboard showed the included screws holding the IO shield to the motherboard. I tried to use them but the head popped off one of them from just slight pressure but the body would not come out.

Upon calling tech support I was advised to remove the standoff, which turned out to be integral to the case and damaged the case, support has been less than helpful resolving the issue, saying that the only screws to be used with the Hadron case are the screws included with the case rather than the motherboard, and ended cancelling the RMA I requested.

Anybody else had issues with the screws with the Hadron or am I just lucky?

    DocBach,

Thank you for taking my call earlier today and I am glad we were able to work together on a resolution.
