As far as I know I've met the conditions for the EVGA bucks for September and October, currently working on November, but looking back I don't see any EVGA bucks for either of the last two months. Is it just me or did I miss something?

I've attempted to contact EVGA staff on your behalf as they usually dont heavily monitor the F@H sections of the forums as much as other areas.  We can try to ask all the leading questions we can to try to help you figure this out, but they can actually see what you are seeing.

I'm still owed $10 from a month in 2011.  Contacted the web admin in PM, but never heard back.  Figured they weren't doing it any longer.
 

If you just request them give it a few days. There is alway a lot going on at the 1st of the month.
I had mine in by the 2nd day & requested but took about 5 more working days to show up.

Did you request your Bucks?  They aren't automatically awarded, you have to go to http://www.evga.com/folding/MyFolding.asp and click the buttons to send off the requests.
 
Also note that you only get 5 Bucks for hitting 250k points and another 5 for hitting 500k.  From your Mods Rigs listing you should be able to easily hit the 500k mark.
