    Hello,

    I am sorry that you are having an issue with black screens. When the card's fans ramp up to 100% fan speed attributed with a black screen, this indicates that the Over-Current Protection feature on the card is being triggered. This can be caused by one of two things;
    1. The card has faulty OCP
    2. The Power Supply's 12v rail is fluctuating in voltage

    There are some troubleshooting steps we can do to isolate the source of the issue. The first (easiest) method would be to test the card in another system. If the issue follows the card to another system, the issue would likely be with the card.
    The second method would be to test another power supply in the system. If the issue goes away with another power supply in the system, the issue is likely the power supply's 12v rail fluctuating in voltage under load.

    If you are able to troubleshoot this issue, and you have isolated the issue, please let us know of the results so that we can move forward accordingly!

    We look forward to hearing back from you with your results!

    I would like to point out that while a 650w power supply should be sufficient for your build, the unit that you have as a very weak 12v rail.
    An EVGA power supply rated for 650w would have a 54 amp single 12v rail (or multiple rails that add up to about 54 amps).
    That Sentey unit has a single 16 amp 12v rail (under 200w rated watts of 12v DC power). I would expect that combination of i7 and GTX 1060 to require about 20-25 amps when under a full load and that power supply is likely not able to run the system stably.

    ...an untrammeled flow of words in an open forum.

    I've had this happen with a 1080 ftw hybrid and a 1080ti ftw3. Still own the same psu's in ea system and have never had the issue again with orher card there after so I'm leaning the card is the issue.

    I thought to buy a new psu better, but for its price I do not want to spend that money and that the problem is not solved

    Depends. If your psu is 3 years or older.. might wana check. But I'd still say it's the gpu.

    If ya have a microcenter or bestbuy around grab a new one.. test it outside the pc case. If its still happening return it.

    Super you could prob get by with a 550-650watt psu.. but all psu's wear down over the years and it's best to get more then you need.. less stress on the most important part of your case.. plus if you upgrade you wont need to upgrade the psu is you got plenty psu in the first place
