What OS version are you using?

Do you have Precision or another monitoring program installed?

We need to know ALL the specs of your rig.  A flakey PSU may be contributing to your issues.  I found out the hard way how a bad PSU can mimic a software issue.

Or it could be a driver issue or something else conflicting like Maniac says.

Regardless, we need to know more.

I thought my sig had information for pc specs. Here is specs below running WHQL 320.49 driver after finding Display Driver Uninstaller. I haven't tried standby yet to see if DDU resolved issue but will and report back.

There is NO reason to use any third party uninstalling software with Nvidia drivers
*if fact doing so could -cause- issues, due to the constant changes in driver code recently.

Are you using Precision, Afterburner or any other third party monitoring/control software?
Are you using the display on your G19, if so please list what software is being used

    What is your motherboard make/model?

How much free space is on your primary C:/ drive?

In the control panel/programs and features, what Nvidia component entries are showing?
Please list all Nvidia entries that are present

I use to use Driver Sweeper in the past to clean nvidia drivers but its not needed anymore, Nvidia has a custimizable install now with a clean install option checkbox and it works great

I am sorry, I thought I looked and did not see it.  You are correct , your specs are in your signature.  I just did not see them previously.  My bad.
