Have you tried uninstalling the software, rebooting the system and reinstalling it? #2

I think the problem is caused by something steam installed, also my Logitech Gaming Software stopped working. I uninstalled all Microsoft Visual C++ Runtimes and installed Logitech and SuperNOVA again, but still none of them is working. Have you tried uninstalling the Logitech software and seeing if you are having this same issue? #4

The problem is maybe some update of steam which killed both of them.
