Setting NVIDIA Control Panel for Folding?

What are the best setting for NVIDIA Control Panel for Folding?
A picture is worth a Thousand Words, what is the best setting below?
SLI is OFF when Folding, I have been wanting to ask this for some time now. Thanks

 Left this one out, I am NOT folding on CPU's. (This is how both my GPU Folding Rigs are setup)

    My understanding is to have SLI off. Set it for performance. Additionally, Under the "Manage 3D Settings" you want to change the value for "Multi Display/mixed gpu acceleration" to "Single display performance mode".

    So for now I have my GTX 680 Rig set this way, I will wait for the 690 Rig to settle down before I make the change.
    And see how well the 680 Rig looks like.

    This what happen after I change my settings. Before I was getting P7810 and P7811 and now P8900.
