I have been useing it for about 2 months now. The software came with my board i bought. The asrock Z77 oc formula. What a great board!!!.
I would have to say they are true to there word. My ping times are great now. Prioritizing Your games (if they are not listed) Is at bit of a learning curve.  But  once you figure that out you are good to go. All Other setting I keep at default.
Just give it a try, once you learn it i think you will like it.
