Okay so originally i was getting a 5A post code. Now im at a 6A post code...BUT heres the thing.I only get the 6A when I increase my Base clock to 125...I can increase my multi to x43 and boot flawlessly. But As soon as i touch that Base clock. It gives me a 6A post code and WILL NOT boot. Any ideas?

Specs:
I7 3820 x43 multi
Hd Radeon 7950
750W Antec Psu
1tb HDD
16gb DDR3 1600MHZ Gskill Ram

Now please note:
I had an Antec 920 cpu cooler and i had my base clock at 125 with that cpu cooler and it never gave me this problem.I installed a custom loop yesterday and now i increase the base clock and it wont boot.

Idk if this is anything but when i installed my CPU block some cpu thermal paste got into the LITTLE hole on the top left corner of my 3820 on the top of it.Is that a problem? Also could tightening my waterblock down to tight be a problem?I losened it up but idk.Should i re-seat it or something im SO LOST feel like i wasted $250 on a custom loop for overclocking my CPU and now i can't get it to post when i wanna overclock it...
