New 780 SC, weird textures

Just upgraded from a 760 SC to a 780 SC and I've been getting this weird texture bug. It's not overheating and I have the newest BIOS and the drivers are up to date. Here it is in Dishonored and I had a similar issue in CoD Ghosts yesterday. Certain textures get covered in this blue, green purple white noise.

    Are you running any sort of forced AA in the control panel or using Nvidia Inspector?

    i had a problem  like this before and i had to update my moniter drivers for some strange reason and it fixed the problem
