Need info on repair for a 570 base card

I have gotten a out of warranty gtx 570 base card. it has some bad parts on it that i need to I.D and replace. if i show a pic of the board will a mod be able to tell me what it is? 
 
the part code on the PCB is labeled "c181" what would this be?
 
i'll post pic of what part i'm talking about is tomorrow

    Probably a SMD (surface mounted device), capacitor. The issue would be identifying the value and a source for a replacement.
